We explore afresh the delights of this country's cuisine, wine and artworks and see some of our most beautiful scenery along the way. Photographer Ian Baker has visited new restaurants and some old favourites whose chefs have provided new recipes and wine selections. These recipes have been adapted for home use by wine and food writer Vic Williams who has assisted with some of the wine selections.
