For identical twins, Daisy and Violet are about as unlike as two peas from the same pod can be. Except in one respect they both have a gift, a special kind of intuition that lets them see the secrets other people hide. But growing up different from everyone else isn t necessarily any easier when you have someone to share it with, and as the sisters get older and take their opposite paths into adult life, the bond of twin-hood is stretched further and further - until the day when Violet does something that threatens to shatter it completely.
