Samnak Thamniap Nayok Ratthamontri, Bangkok, 1965. A photographic display of traditional Thai women's clothing. By the gracious command of Her Majesty the Queen (Queen Sirikit) the national costumes of Thai women today are revived and adapted for practical purposes from the old styles, the origin of which can be traced back to different periods of Thai history. There are five principal styles, namely Thai Ruan-Ton, Thai Chitrlada, Thai Amarin, Thai Borompimarn and Thai Chakri. Book has patterned heavy cloth boards with gilt title on front. Titles are all in Thai but photo captions are in Thai and English.
