Moireach

Moireach, is an enchanting, bittersweet tale of a girl for whom myth, fantasy, and reality are tightly bound. Fourteen-year-old Moireach suffers from Asperger's and lives with her father in an isolated community by the sea. She copes with the loss of her mother by immersing herself in tales of folklore and fantasy. Moireach believes her mother is a Selkie and her father's mysterious disappearances are secret meetings with her mother in human form. As Moireach hatches a plan to discover her father's secret, she is forced to choose between truth and fantasy, real life and make believe.
