Original blue cloth with gilt lettering on front and spine. xxiii plus 361pp with photographs by the author. Corners and spine ends bumped and front board slightly cupped. Contents tight with some light foxing throughout. The author was the Travel Editor of The African World, and had travelled extensively through Northern Nigeria and book is illustrated with his photos.
