Pickwick Press, New Orleans, 1964. This second edition of 400 copies completed the printing of 1000 copies in 1964. This copy has a dedication signed by Meceli on the dedication page. Contents tight and clean. 278pp with illustrations throughout. Slight soiling of pictorial e/p's. Red slipcase has paste on photo on front. It is slightly battered with small tear at bottom corner of front and a few other chips. Nice signed copy of this early edition.
