Michael Joseph, London, 1962. First edition. Black hard cover has gilt titles to spine. Off-setting to e/p's and previous owner name on front e/p. Some foxing and darkening to page edges. Pages have some age-discolouration, particularly the pre-title page. William Belcher designed DW has bumping and chipping to edges and closed tear to rear base of spine.
