FACT, London, 1938. The original monograph from 1938 has been bound in cloth by the NZ General Assembly Library. There is a library stamp on the front cover of the monograph, a withdrawn sticker inside the front cover (Not on the monograph) and a library pocket at the rear (not on the monograph). In very tidy condition. Just some spotting to the page edges.
