Hancock, a US engineer to assess the possibilities in NZ for water-power schemes. 38pp plus 40 maps at rear. Also included at rear is a copy of a 7 page report Utilisation of Water-Power dated 1906. Previous owner's name on front e/p, some foxing throughout and some notations.
