Whizz It

Whizz It comprises seven chapters: Drinks and Shakes; Soups; Sauces, Dressing and Marinades; Crusts, Pastes and Spreads; Mousses and Terrines; and Desserts. A general introduction discusses types of whizzing machines, what each does, accessories, successfully using machines, how to care for your machines, as well as hints and tips for getting the most out of them. Recipes are given with metric, imperial and cup measurements. The recipes have been triple-tested to ensure that they work. All of the recipes are photographed.
