A Question of Faith: History of the New Zealand Christian Pacifist Society

Established in 1936 by Wellington Methodist Minister Ormond Burton and his circuit steward the Christian Pacifist Society was open to adult communicant members of mainstream churches. The society has taken a stand against all war, at all times irrespctive of political developments. David Grant has drawn on his personal interviews with Society members from the 1980s onwards to tell the stories of these commited men & women.
