Space Wolf

One night, Urk comes down to earth at about five thousand kilometers an hour. Two kids, Tendo and Monk, find where it crash-lands in the bush -- but what have they found? If Urk is a space wolf, then it's the strangest six-legged one they could ever imagine.
Tendo and Monk have problems, and finding Urk helps. Urk is a friend to be protected -- even when it does start to leave a trail of destruction. Even if Monk's mum might have to marry the local cop. Even when the local heavies start breathing down their necks.
