Accompaniment to 1978 exhibition. Prolifically illustrated in black-and-white and full-colour photographs of the works of William Blake. Although the Tate is fortunate in possessing a substantial collection of William Blake's work, there have been very few opportunities recently for seeing a really wide range of his work at its best. It is, therefore, with great pleasure that we now present this exhibition, comprising paintings, drawings and prints as well as separate pages from some of Blake's books.
