Katie in Kuwait

Katie Evans,15, is happy with her life in small-town New Zealand and madly in love with Jason. Her life is shattered when her father's job suddenly takes them to Kuwait, a land where women are treated very differently, where she has no friends and cannot speak the language. She falls in love and survives the invasion of Kuwait by the Iraquis.
