This commerorative book has been prepared, at special request, by Lucy S. Adams, as a tribute to her late husband Emeritus Professor T.D. Adams.

Besides recording briefly his early life and university career, it gives some intimate pictures of the closing years of his life. The many listeners who enjoyed his broadcasts from 4YA will welcome the interesting excerpts from his readings given throughout ten years.

The book contains many tributes to T. D. Adams not only as Professor but as one who gave much service outside the university; and its contents should make a special appeal to his past colleagues and students.
