No publication date stated but Editor's Introduction states that this was the first inexpensive edition published. The first edition was stated as being inaccessible to the general public on account of its price. Boards are in good condition apart from a bump and small slit to top of rear board. Front gutter has almost split open at title page, binding is just holding. Some foxing. Previous owner's name on front e/p. Folding maps at rear are missing but good copies are loosely included.
