Black hard cover with gilt titles on spine. Stamped on front e/p is Complimentary Copy - Not For Sale. Also an inscription To Barc, Best wishes signed by John Henshaw. (Barc is the NZ artist, Helen Crabb). There are some notations to the Chronology, presumably done by Barc. Contents otherwise tight and clean apart form a touch of foxing to e/p's. Dust jacket is good other than wear and small tears to the spine ends. There is also a tear (about 1 inch) to the top of the rear. The jacket has been covered. This is a heavy book so please check postage with bookseller.
