Vlad the Impaler - A perfect winter house guest?

What's New at Arty Bees Books.
This is the spot to check out every week, as we bring you the latest on the fabulous, weird, interesting, intriguing, and wonderful books, big or small, mostly square-ish - although not always - that have come into Arty Bees over the past seven days or so.

What's New - New and exciting titles in this week at Arty Bees

Fiction for winter evenings...
  • The Border Trilogy (3 in 1) by Cormac McCarthy
  • Six Suspects – All Deaths are not Equal by Vikas Swarup, author of Q&A

  • The Fairytales of Herman Hesse – Translated and with an Introduction by Jack Zipes

A bonanza of Biography. We don't keep all our biographies in one place at the store - it would leave us with a monster section of Godzilla-like proportions, so instead we sort them by section first - war biographies in the war section, sporting biographies in the sport section and so on.
We do have a modest biography section of people not famous for doing anything in particular though, so if you are ever looking for a book on a particular person always ask at the desk and our bees can hopefully make your search a lot quicker by pointing you to the right section of the shop.
