A note about our Online Shop

This is not a shopping cart so orders for books do not get processed automatically and stock quantities are updated weekly so they may differ from the listing in the catalogues.

This is our online shop, distilled from our computer inventory of New and Rare books, and updated weekly.

We also upload specialised catalogues of particular types of books from time to time — as these are not part of our general computerised stock, (they do not have a five digit tag number) these are not updated weekly.
However even if the date on the catalogue is quite old, please contact us if you are interested in a title, you may be lucky and we may still have it!

• We have over 130,000 books in our shop but only a few thousand are individually recorded. See here why we don't have all our books listed in a database.

Once you have browsed our listings send us an email and we will get back to you about the order as soon as possible.

Then when we get your email we will find the books you wanted and contact you with the total cost including postage.
If you not a resident of New Zealand please add your country of residence so that we can provide you with a postage quote as quickly and accurately as possible.

If we have sold all the copies of the book(s) you wanted in the time between uploading the catalogues onto the web site and receiving your email we will let you know our best e.t.a. on restocking that title if it is a new book.
If it is a rare title, unfortunately it is unlikely that we will have a second copy but we may be able to provide you with some help none-the-less.

If the book you want isn’t listed send us an email anyway: we may be able to help as it may be part of the 120,000 books that are not in our computer system.

TIPS:

• The Science Fiction and Fantasy page often runs to over a thousand entries so it may take a while to load
• Try Ctrl-F to search each page. (The Control key and the F key held down together will bring up a search box)
